Lurking in the depths of Missouri’s Pomme de Terre Lake is a fish that most didn’t even know could exist at such a relatively low latitude, the Esox masquinongy, or Musky. If you’re ever around the Hermitage, MO area and have an itch to try fishing for one of the most powerful freshwater fish in the world take the time to do so, you will not regret it. Here is a picture of a 36″+ Muskie and our favorite Pomme guide, Jim “Coach” Wilson. You can get to his website through our Useful Links page or the Guides page.
